These terms cover videos you buy from Lovebug TV through Etsy. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What you’re buying
A personalized digital video (MP4), made from the design you chose on Etsy and the words you enter on our order page. Nothing is shipped.
Delivery
We email you a download link within 24 hours. Check your spam folder, and download your video within 90 days.
Your words
We make your video with exactly what you type, so please check spelling before you submit. Don’t enter anything offensive or anyone else’s private information; we may decline those orders.
Problems and refunds
If your video has a mistake we made, or it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, email orders@lovebug.tv and we’ll fix it for free or give you a full refund. If there’s a typo in the words you entered, email us within 7 days and we’ll remake it once, free. Because each video is made to order, we can’t offer refunds for a change of mind.
Using your video
Share it anywhere for personal use. Please don’t resell it or use our designs commercially. The designs and animation remain ours.
