Lovebug TV makes personalized videos. This page explains what we collect when you order, why, and what we do with it. In short: we only use your details to make and deliver your video.
What we collect
- Your Etsy order number and email address
- The words you type for your video, like names and dates
- How you plan to share your video, if you tell us
- Feedback you send us
- Basic, anonymous page statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies)
Why we collect it
To make your video, email it to you, help if something goes wrong, and improve our designs. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who helps us
Cloudflare hosts our website and stores your video. Resend sends our emails. Make and Notion hold our order records. Etsy handles your payment, so we never see your card details.
How long we keep it
Videos are deleted from our servers after 90 days, so please download yours. Order records are deleted after 5 years.
